Founded in 2020 in the Ozarks of Southern Missouri, our company founders brought together decades of cannabis cultivation experience that began in 1983.
Our Story
Our founders started cultivating in the Ozarks in the early 1980s. This region was blessed with numerous fertile valleys and sun-drenched hilltops that provided the perfect location to "fly under the radar". Compared to other locations, like Northern California, a grower could produce a top-quality product with naturally occurring soils, ample rain, and abundant springs and creeks, providing the necessary water and nutrients with minimal effort. Our founders have often expressed their thanks for such a perfect environment for the cultivation of this great herb.
Hive Creek Seed Bank was conceived by our founders who saw a strong need for their experience in cannabis cultivation within their local community. With the desire to deliver top-quality genetics and build a supporting community of growers, the founders started laying the groundwork in 2020 for what would become Hive Creek Seed Bank.
